4. Delivery Instructions
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.
- Recipient Availability: Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you’re unavailable, they may leave a notice for pickup from a nearby branch.
- Signature on Delivery: High-value orders may require ID verification or signature.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select orders; a small COD fee (50-100 BDT) applies.
5. Issues with Delivery
