1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, perfumes) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Eligible Products: Most items qualify, except for final sale products (marked as such on the product page) or personalized/custom items.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Undergarments, swimwear, and any items damaged due to misuse or wear-and-tear.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [your email address] or use the contact form on our site with your order number, item details, and reason for return (include photos if possible).
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship Back: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship to our return address (provided in the RMA email). Use a trackable shipping method—we recommend [courier service, e.g., Sundarban Courier].
  4. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days.

3. Exchanges Process

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and time frame as returns.

4. Refunds
